a week in front of the computer
This week i was asked to search for the details of text-to-speech and speech-to-text plug-ins. I was given a template with various details needed. Some of the details were supplier name, best virtual person, integration with vendor products, integration with custom 3rd party application, product summary and Url. For this task, we were allowed to work in group. *big smiles*

Second half of the week, I was ask to research on contact center vendors. Many contact centers are heavy users of communications technology. Premise-based are the traditional equipments and software you need to install in the office. Hosted are those which you do not need to buy, just need to subscribe.
