lovely day!!!

around 9am..my day started..woke up..packed my stuff (goin back uni in 15 hours time)..den at 12pm..dad brought me out for lunch..he brought me to sumwer like a hut..it was selling malay dishes..but their speciality was deer..curry kijang..wow! sumthin i never tried b4..but dad insisted i shud try..

to my surprise..i love the deer curry..it was delicious..tasted like lamb.. =)

in the late afternoon..around 3pm..i went out with my bestie..gelyn..its our last day out b4 i go back 2 kl n b4 she goes back all the way to canada..huhu..s usual..we went out without plans..hehe..after fetching her..we decided to go to the new shopping mall..

i got another pic with her fingers too..but blur.. =P

there were not many stalls yet..still very new..but once its filled with tenants..im sure its gonna b a nice place to shop.. =) but today..it only took us less than an hour to finish seeing every shop there.. =( *dissapointed*..but no matter how lil shops there were..we cud stil spend money!! oh no!

we bought 2 same bracelets..i bought earrings n gelyn bought a necklace..we got everythin 4 50% less..its like their opening sale..i hope its a good deal..we also got a bling bling hair pin for free..but i gave it to gelyn since i dun usually tie my hair.. =P (its been some time since we bought the same things together..)..after bargaining..there was no wer else to go..so we walked outside to c if there were more shops..but sumthin funny caught our sight..

guessing who they are? thats the security of this mall..so well trained..disciplined..haha.. =P we were laughing..in penang..i haf never seen a mall training the securities..haha...there shud b no excuses for a crime case to happen here i hope.. *fingers crossed*..hehe..

tourist-alike virus attack! =D

can u imagine..almost 21 years living as a penangite..this is my 1st pic with KOMTAR (kompleks tunku abdul rahman)..for those who dunno KOMTAR..its the tall buiding..after taking pics..we realized my cam was running out on battery..so we made a weird decision to drive back all the way home..get the other battery n den go for dinner..(around 20 mins drive)...

thats how gelyn tortures bobby..im sure bobby is used to it d..hehe

after taking battery..nex stop was dinner!!!! vroommm.......

at the 88 lane in penang..

its a buffet steamboat plus bbq..its 19.90 per person..its has a very wide variety of choice..from fishballs, prawns, chicky, sausages, crabmeat, corn, vege, satay, fish, squid, mushrooms and lamb..some were marinated..some were fresh..we took the 1st round of food..

burp!!!

we felt so full after one round! oh dear..we cud not stuff more into our tummy..we decided to stop at round 1..no more please..im sure the shop love customers like us..hehe.. =) b4 we paid the bill..we went for desserts..

oh ya..here's a funny story..hehe..both of us (me & gelyn) are english-ed..therefore reading chinese characters are a no-no for us..gelyn liked the watermelon juice that i took..so wen it was her turn to refill our drinks..she walked out..saw 2 containers..one labeled mango..another labeled with chinese characters..so she assumed if one was mango..the other shud b watermelon..so she poured sum into the glass..to her shocked it was different in colour..so she tasted..hahahaha..it was chinese tea!!! the watermelon juice was placed inside..hahahaha..

hope u enjoyed the dinner..its an early bday dinner for her..cant imagine we are gonna b 21 soon..huhu..entering the adulthood d..huhu..oh ya! thanks for the letter..it was dated 23/8/2007..2 years ago..i actually tot the letter was lost already..huhu..but it was great reading it..meant a lot to me..altho its the old fashioned way..but its sweet =) thanks!

okie..i gotta get my beauty ceep!..gonna drive to kl 2moro after lunch..gonna meet gelyn again b4 meeting her after a year..huhu.. =( gonna miss her!!!! everytime wen she comes back..its so exciting..but wen she goes back..the 1st few weeks is really lonely.. =(
